BOARDWALK

Here we are in the Christmas season again. Speaking for the Board, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May you all stay well as we look toward year 2012.

A couple of updates: Many of you have noticed the construction at our pool. We are awaiting the installation of the pool cover which is expected to occur December 14th and hope it will be in operation by the weekend. Everything has progressed on schedule so far without incident.

As for the Clubhouse, a call from the Civil Engineer this week indicated that everything is moving along as planned, unfortunately at a snails pace. We are still looking for construction to begin March 1st or hopefully before.

Last of all, you may have noticed some lumber piled up on the vacant lot down near the south end of Vantage Trace. It is the property of the contractor who did the cement work at the pool and he intends to use it for cement work on the Clubhouse expansion. I told him that we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the material, but we would try to keep an eye on it. If anyone sees anything suspicious going on contact a board member. Thank you for your help.

May you find all you've been given
To be more than what you sought

May god be your strength and light
