SEPTEMBER NEWS FROM VANTAGE POINTE
Please note, this version of the newsletter is

President's View
It's hard to believe that Labor Day is
staring us in the face already. Where did the summer go so fast? It has been
a warm summer for us down here but the rain has been better to us this
summer, so that is good news.
We have been busy drilling a new well
over on the east side of Vantage Circle by Ted's nursery. The well served us
well for 22 years, but finally went dry. Hopefully we will not run into more
of that for awhile.
Work on the Clubhouse addition is moving
along slowly and methodically, which is a good sign. We are trying to cover
all the bases so no additions or corrections will have to be made later.
Rick and his crew have been very helpful. Hope to have good news in the near
future.
Soon, our northern friends will be
filtering back and they will be welcomed. We wish you well and hope that
your trip back will be a safe one. Until we meet again, God's speed to all
of you.

Closing
thoughts..........................
AS WE PREPARE TO OBSERVE THE 10TH
ANNIVERSARY OF THE TRAGIC DAY OF SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2001, LET US PAUSE TO
REFLECT ON ALL OF THOSE WHO DIED THAT DAY. LETS ALL REMEMBER THAT LIFE IS
SHORT AND BE BLESSED FOR WHAT WE HAVE...........
Always finish - a short
labor day poem.......
If a task is once begun,
never leave it till it's
done.
Be the labor great or
small,
Do it well or not at all.

Through this tollsome
world, alas!
Once and only once I
pass;
If a kindness I may show,
If a good deed I may do
To my suffering fellow
man,
Let me do it while I can,
No delay, for it is plain
I shall not pass this way
again......
Micah, Makins
That's all for now
.....................Lets all remember to be kind to each
other...............
