BOARD MEETING REMINDER

Per our VP bylaws, any new business to be brought up at the Home Owners Board Meetings must first be considered and approved at the Board's workshop meeting prior to the HOA meeting --- This is standard practice in all communities --- One of the advantages of this is it will keep meetings from dragging on as there will be enough time consumed at the meetings discussing the business at hand, such as the Clubhouse expansion.

Signed - THE VANTAGE POINTE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
