Just a reminder to
all residents:
Prior to any
exterior repainting, tree or shrubbery landscaping, roof repairs,
satellite
dish installations
or any other exterior alterations, the Architectural Committee must
be notified so
proper approval can be obtained prior to commencement of your project.
Failure to do so
could result in costly rework expense.
The committee has
just completed it's first drive through inspection of our properties
and I am pleased to
report that most folks maintain their property in excellent
condition. A few
discrepancies were noted and the homeowners will be advised of our
findings.
For those snowbirds
and folks needing assistance in lawn and shrub maintenance, the
following full time
residents are available to preform those projects. They are
Gary and Sharon
Rathburn 382-8227, Walt Becker 386-5281.
If you contact them,
they will be happy to give you a quote.
With our fast
growing summer season, please make sure arrangements are made for
the upkeep of your
property prior to your return up north.
If you have any
questions, any of our committee members would be happy to assist you
and they are: Jack
Ley 385-1593, Donna Walsh 382-4201, Kay Shilling 835-0056, Jack

VANTAGE POINTE YARD
SPRINKLER MAINTENANCE
The Vantage Pointe
Home Owner's Association is responsible
to supply irrigation
water to your property. To maintain the wells,
timers and
underground water lines. That is what we volunteer
to maintain.
The home owners are
responsible for everything above ground or
connected to Vantage
Pointe underground lines. The poly lines
in your flower bed,
sprinklers and keeping sprinklers free from
grass or other
objects that might keep them from working properly.
To turn the
irrigation meter on for YOU to check YOUR sprinklers
or mark their
location, NO CHARGE.
If you want me to
check your sprinklers and or mark their location,
make any repairs or
replacements, there will be a charge of
$5.00 for the first
15 min, $10.00 for 30 min, $15.00 for 45 min
and $20.00 for an
hour, plus the cost of parts.
Jim Kolp

The Committee
This past weekend saw a whirlwind of
activities at the Clubhouse!
Our FREE pancake breadfast was held
last saturday morning. Ninety three of our friends and neighbors enjoyed
pancakes, sausage, various kinds of juice and coffee. It is really a
great feeling to see so many people get together to talk and enjoy each
others company.
The next pancake breakfast is
scheduled for Saturday, February 25th from 8:00 til 9:30. All you can
eat pancakes, sausage, O.J. and coffee for only $3.00 per person. The
sign-up sheet will be in the clubhouse.
Last Saturday night from 7 p.m. til
10 p.m. the hall was filled with karaoke singers. The next Karaoke night
is scheduled for Saturday February, 25th also from 7 p.m. til 10 p.m.
Bring your own refreshments and your karaoke voice and plan on having a
great evening!

VALENTINES TREASURES
Valentine treasures
are people who
have oftern crossed
your mind,
family, friends and
others, too,
who in your life
have shined
the warmth of love
or a spark of light
that makes you
remember them;
no matter how long
since you've actually met,
each one is a
luminous gem
who gleams and glows
in your memory,
bringing special
pleasures,
and that's why this
Valentine comes to you:
You're one of those
sparkling treasures!
