The Vantage Pointe Home Owner's Association is responsible
to supply irrigation water to your property. To maintain the wells,
timers and underground water lines. That is what we volunteer
to maintain.

The home owners are responsible for everything above ground or
connected to Vantage Pointe underground lines. The poly lines
in your flower bed, sprinklers and keeping sprinklers free from
grass or other objects that might keep them from working properly.

To turn the irrigation meter on for YOU to check YOUR sprinklers
or mark their location, NO CHARGE.

lf you want me to check your sprinklers and or mark their location,
make any repairs or replacements, there will be a charge of
$5.00 for the first 15 min, $10.00 for 30 min, $15.00 for 45 min
and $20.00 for an hour, plus the cost of parts.

The ACC had it’s first meeting with it’s new members that consist of Jack Ley (385-1593), Donna Walsh (382-4201), Kay Shilling (835-0056), Jack Tiger (659-4350), Charlie Hallerbach (386-5505), and Jim Curtis (385-6290).

A Community Drive-Through inspection will take place this Thursday at 2PM. All members remarked as to how the vast majority of our homeowners comply with the guidelines of the Committee as to the up-keep of their landscaping and general cosmetic appearance of the Community. It sure makes the ACC responsibilities a lot easier.

For you folks that are snow-birds or absentee home-owners, and do not have anyone to keep your property properly maintained, a list of those full time home-owners that provide those services will be furnished to you. The list will be published in the February VP Newsletter.

If you have any questions as to the approved paint manufacturer and list of colors for the exterior of your home, or any other questions, any member will furnish this to you.

The paint for our homes (exterior), must be FLEX BOND and can be purchased at Sherman Williams (located at the corner of Rt. #27 and Thunderbird Rd.)

What: Individualized program for all who attend

Where: Clubhouse and pool (weather permitting)

Three bids were received and one contractor has been accepted to do the job...Due to Gov. regulations on

construction of commercial buildings, additional permits are required and construction is not expected to begin until March of 2011...

I personally would like to thank Dick and the Board Members for all of their time, effort & work which they have volunteered on our behalf for our community. I know that Dick started this project over five years ago, this didn't "just happen". Jer
